Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns will be considered within 30 days of the invoice date.

All products must be:

• In original condition
• Unopened
• Unused

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

A credit note will be issued to your account and may be applied toward future purchases.

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from Soluzione Spa Products.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be considered within 30 days of the invoice date.

Order Discrepancies

We kindly ask that all shipments be inspected upon receipt.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or errors must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Soluzione Spa Products is not responsible for discrepancies reported after this period.

Please also verify the number of boxes received before signing for delivery. Tracking information is available upon request through your representative.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during transit.

While minor wear to outer shipping cartons may occur during transportation, any damaged merchandise must be reported to Soluzione Spa Products within 7 days of receipt.

Defective Products

Soluzione Spa Products will replace verified defective merchandise once the product has been returned and inspected.

Defective items must be returned in their original packaging with all original packing materials.

Soluzione Spa Products will cover shipping costs associated with approved defective merchandise returns.

Allergic Reactions

If a guest experiences an allergic reaction to a product, the incident must be reported within 72 hours of use.

An exchange may be provided once the allergic reaction has been reviewed and confirmed.

Please note that supporting documentation, including photographs and/or a physician’s note, may be requested.
