HOW TO USE:

1. Apply onto clean, dry skin, focusing on areas of tension such as shoulders, neck, lower back or legs.
2. Massage in slow, circular motions to activate the warming sensation and support absorption. Add more if desired.
3. Allow the comforting heat to build as tight muscles begin to soften and release.
4. Take a few deep breaths as the aromatic essential oils help calm both body and mind.
5. Use after exercise, after long hours at a desk, during travel, or whenever your body feels tight, overworked or in need of recovery.
